Construction Project Manager Wanted at OBOS in Norrköping
Do you have extensive experience in house production and project management within construction? Are you skilled in negotiations and procurement, and do you have a good financial understanding? Then this job is for you!
We are looking for a dedicated construction project manager to join our team in Norrköping and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for construction projects from procurement to key handover. With the support of subcontractors, you will lead the project through all phases and work closely with salespeople to create satisfied customers. You will ensure construction quality and safety, negotiate contracts, and handle post-market issues. For us, it is important that we work as a team and support each other as colleagues, both within our own geography and in other parts of the country.
As the BAS-U administrator, you will be responsible for financial monitoring, reporting, and closing the contracting part. You will work proactively to minimize deviations and complaints and to achieve the company's NKI goals and zero defects at final inspection.
To succeed in this role, you need:
- Technical education in construction or equivalent years of experience
- Several years of practical experience in a similar position with budget and forecast responsibility
- Experience in residential production and land contracts, including contract calculations
- The ability to independently drive and plan tasks and project activities
- Experience working in MS 365 Office and business systems
- Good knowledge of construction law and experience in service procurement
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Driver's license B

- enjoys a workday with varied tasks and a lot of customer contact, which requires good communication skills
- is meticulous, efficient in administration, and expresses themselves well in speech and writing
- thrives with personal responsibility and a fast pace, where no day is the same
- handles timelines, complaints, and approves and codes invoices as a natural part of the job
It is advantageous if you have experience leading and coordinating employees and if you have knowledge of and interest in prefabricated building systems.
The position is full-time and permanent.
